Weight Club

 

Are you interested in getting stronger for a sport? Are you curious about how to safely lift weights? Or do you just want to get stronger? If you answered yes to any of these weight club might be the perfect club for you.

Weight Club meets Tuesday and Thursday
2:50 to 3:50 p.m. in the weight room

  • Tuesday's are bench press and upper body machine work
  •  Thursday's are squats and lower body machine work
