Weight Club

Do you like to work out and keep in shape? Weight Club might be for you! Come learn the safe lifting techniques. Weight Club is open to all levels of lifters from beginners to experienced.

Weight Club meets Monday and Wednesday
2:50 to 3:50 p.m. in the weight room

  • Monday's are bench press and upper body machine work
  •  Wednesday's are squats and lower body machine work
