Welcome to our virtual 2 Mile Tuesday Running/Walking Club! Yes, this may be a bit different than in person, but we can still have some fun and enjoy our runs or walks. Meet Tuesdays from 2:45-3:45. You may join the club Zoom or complete your run/walk independently though be sure to log-in with the attendance question/comment and check out on the running log with your name, the date, distance, and time. Some focus may be on warm-ups, cool-downs, running/walking tips, stretches, core exercises, and getting time and distance in. For safety: 1. Be sure someone knows your route, when you leave and when you return. 2. Wear a reflective vest or clothing. 3. Follow road safety rules. When at an intersection look at the driver - do they notice you? 4. If possible, find a partner to run/walk with.
